I spent the summer working with Sam as my Health Coach. She was very dedicated to helping me achieve my goals. I started the "program" (for lack of a better word) with not much in mind other than I wanted to be healthier. After spending time with Sam, I not only feel healthier, but she aided me in setting and achieving specific goals. The goals we set suited my needs and, more importantly to me, my time. If this were a Yelp review...9 out of 10, would recommend!
