As your Health or Life Coach, I will work with you to focus your vision for yourself, develop a clear path to achieving your goals, and help keep you accountable. We’ll determine changes you can make to increase your success and happiness. We’ll use your strengths to overcome obstacles and focus on what you really want and what is most important to you. 

With Life Coaching, we can focus on all aspects of your life. While, with Health Coaching, we’ll on your vision for your personal health and well-being. Both avenues will use individualized strategies to improve your life and help you become the best version of yourself. 

This isn’t about going from miserable to fabulous, but about holding the best vision of yourself and achieving your goals. 

Instead of the fruitless strive for perfection and balance, I promote embracing our imperfections and harmony. By encompassing all of our pieces, we can find our way to our best selves. My true passion lies in working with people and helping them achieve their goals. Together, we do this through consistency, habit change and sustainable action.

There are no magic pills to transform our lives overnight. But, by igniting our inner strengths and utilizing our outside resources we can instead achieve a transformation that will last our lifetime.

Whether you use yoga as a channel for finding inner quietness, or coaching as a way to manifest your personal goals and visions, we can achieve those goals working together.
